Although many questions can be answered on the internet by good old fashioned research, it can really help to have a live human being available to answer questions and provide information. Hello Expert gives users a way to essentially say hello to a true expert who can answer their questions. Users can search through the list of experts on Hello Expert to find someone who has the skills and qualifications to help. Areas of expertise are very diverse, ranging from tax assistance, auditing, fraud, business management to marriage counseling and web development. Users are given a number of options when communicating with an expert. They can use live chat, text chat, phone chat or email. Hello Expert was created by iBloom Incorporated, which was founded by CEO Vijay KG. Users searching for experts can click the green “Sign up now for free. It’s easy!” to access the registration form. The form also includes a button to sign up through Twitter or Facebook. Users who prefer the traditional route can provide a first and last name, email address and password. A note at the bottom of the form advises users that by submitting their information, they are automatically agreeing to the Hello Expert privacy policy and user agreement.

Users can create a Hello Expert account for free. There are no subscription fees or other charges for registering and browsing the site. Users will have to pay the listed rate for the expert they choose to hire. This is not a requirement, but most experts require a payment for their services. The user can spend as much or as little as they like on Hello Expert.
